Direct2XR provides a cloud-based platform for 3D model management and XR visualization, including:
- 3D model upload, processing, and storage
- AR/VR viewing capabilities
- Model sharing and collaboration tools
- API access for integrations
- Team workspace management
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload malicious or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to the 3D models and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Direct2XR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Subscription and Billing
Paid Plans
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.
Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans, with service credits available for eligible downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIRECT2XR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful activity
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
